Services for Pennefallia Louise (Penny) Fisher, age 54, of Waynesboro, TN will be Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro, TN with Tim Owen officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Monday, Dec 25, 2006 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Tuesday, Dec 26, 2006 from 8 am to service time at the funeral home. She died at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN on Sunday, December 24, 2006.



A native of Nashville, TN, Penny had worked at Genesco Shoe and was a member of the Waynesboro Church of God. She was a daughter of the late Hubert and Louise Overton Stricklin and a sister of the late Hubert L. Stricklin, Otheal Clay, Rachel Nichols, and Reda Majors.



Survivors, husband, Tommy Fisher, Waynesboro, son, Darrell Shane Fisher and wife, Rhonda, of Lutts, daughter, Persephone Plunk and husband, Jon, of Finger, TN, grandchildren, Kyle, Kelbey, Kylia, Shayla, Shawon, Brandie, and Brylie, brother, Elmer Stricklin, Waynesboro, sister, Tommie Jarrell, Culleoka, TN, nieces and nephews.
