Peggy Sue Turnbow

Peggy Sue Turnbow was born February 11, 1942 in Savannah, Tennessee the daughter of the late Fred and Annie Mae Dennis Bowen.She was united in marriage to Richard Turnbow on February 27, 1970. Mr. Turnbow preceded her in death on August 8, 1993, after 23 years of marriage.Mrs. Turnbow was a daycare worker for over 15 years in the Hinkle community near Sardis, Tennessee. She was a member of the Henderson church of Christ in Henderson, Tennessee and formerly attended the Saltillo church of Christ in Saltillo, Tennessee. She was a loving mother and wife, and a friend to all who knew her. Mrs. Turnbow departed this life on February 2, 2009 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 11 Months, 22 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Jeanne Hughes and husband Thomas of Selmer, TN; a son, Danny Turnbow of Cullman, AL; three sisters: Barbara Hubbard of Morris Chapel, TN, Dorothy Campbell of Savannah, TN and Louise Galle of Marissa, IL; a brother, Freddie Bowen of Savannah, TN; Jeanne's mother-in-law, Anne Hughes of Selmer, TN; and many extended family and friends.
