Peggy Opal Learue

Peggy Opal Learue of Adamsville, Tennessee, was born on October 11, 1940, to the late Henry A. Landreth and Katie Allison Landreth. She was united in marriage on January 7, 1963, to John Edward Learue. Mr. Learue preceded her in death on July 17, 2006. She was a mail carrier for the Adamsville Post Office.Mrs. Learue passed from this life on Monday, April 6, 2009, in Adamsville, at the age of 68 years, 5 months, and 26 days.Survivors are her son John Robert Learue and wife Wendy of Adamsville; two grandsons, John Carter Learue and Brodie Neal Learue, also of Adamsville;four sisters, Louise Ganster, Dorothy Harville, Kay Noles, all of Adamsville, Mattie Robertson of Savannah, Tennessee. A host of other relatives and friends.Other than her husband and parents, Mrs. Learue was also preceded in death by her siblings Mary Moore, Jap Landreth, Frank Landreth, Geraldine Rickman, Fannie Locke, Marie Taylor, and Cynthia McElduff.
