Peggy S. Berry Holt

Mrs. Peggy Sue Berry Holt was born November 6, 1949 in Wayne County, TN the daughter of the late Ernest and Roxie Berry. She was united in marriage to John Holt Jr. on March 27, 1971. She worked at several different places throughout her lifetime, but will be fondly remembered as her time devoted to being a homemaker. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Church. Mrs. Holt departed this life on November 21, 2021 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years and 15 Days.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, John Holt Jr. of Collinwood, TN;
a daughter, Shellie Michael and husband Barry of Five Points, TN; three grandchildren, Cable Lewis Holder of Cypress Inn, TN, Chloe Wade Holt of Waynesboro, TN, Michael Rough Holt of Florence, AL; a great grandchild, Able James Bratcher. She is also survived by her siblings, Zeno Berry, Elzo Berry, Leo Berry, Daffo Holt, John Allen Berry, Mark Berry, Gary Berry and Jennie Whitten.

In addition to her parents, Mrs Holt was preceded in death by her son Evan Wade Holt.

Visitation will be held on Monday November 22, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Tuesday November 23 from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM all at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Collinwood.

Services will be held on Tuesday November 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Collinwood, with John Harold officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors Assisting the Family.
