Peggy Barlow

Peggy Kinsey Barlowwas born in Rossville, Georgia on August 14, 1934 the daughter of William Claude and Geneva Estella Skinner Kinsey.On March 25, 1951 he was united in marriage to George Robert Barlow, who survives.Mrs. Barlow was a Property Manager Assistant for Central Woodwork before retiring. She was also co-manager of the Redwood Hut in Counce, Tennessee. Mrs. Barlow was a member of the Pickwick United Methodist Church.Mrs. Barlow departed this life on Sunday, January 4, 2009 at the age of 74 years, 4 months, 21 days.In addition to her husband, Mrs. Barlow is survived by a daughter: Sherry Lipford of Counce, Tennessee; 3 sons: Bobby Barlow of Counce, Tennessee, Tommy Barlow of Katy, Texas, and Jimmy Barlow of San Antonio, Texas; 3 sisters: Shirley Grant of Flovilla, Georgia, Betty O'Quinn of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Evelyn Alloy of Boulder City, Nevada; a brother: Don Kinsey of Bonner Springs, Kansas; 10 grandchildren: Bradley Barlow, Shasta Pickens, Jennifer Gray, Kristi Hebel, Wesley Barlow, Derek Barlow, Nicholas McMinn, Shelby McMinn, Thomas McCrady, and Tim McCrady; 2 great-grandchildren: Justin Hebel and Cash Barlow.In addition to he parents, Mrs. Barlow was preceded in death by a brother: Wiley William (Junior) Wilson; a sister: Margie Louise Kinsey Byrd.
