Graveside services for Pauline Cole Lay, age 94, of Lawrenceburg, TN will be on Wednesday, February 1, 2006, at 1:00 pm Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro with Marvin Champion officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 31, from 6:00-9:00 pm and on Wed. February 1 from 8:00 until 12:30 pm Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro



Pauline Cole Lay, a native of Wayne County TN died on Sunday, January 29 at NHC Healthcare Center, Lawrenceburg, TN. She was born on April 7, 1911 to the late Fred and Marietta Alley Cole. Mrs. Lay was preceded in death by her husband; James P. Lay; daughter; Joyce Spears; son; James Lay, Jr.; sister; Nell Wilson; brothers; Eugene Cole; Robert Cole and James Cole.



Mrs. Lay was a retired factory worker with GM and of the Baptist faith.



Survivors; daughter; Polly Hairrell of Lawrenceburg, TN (which she died on Monday, January 31, 2006)



10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren
