Pauline E. “Polly†Head, 64, of Middleton, died Thursday morning, July 13, 2006, at Bolivar General Hospital.
The daughter of James Daniel and Ora Lee Forsythe Cobb, she was born May 12, 1942 in McNairy County. She was raised as a Presbyterian, was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing. She made her home in Middleton in 1961.
Graveside services were 3:00 pm, Saturday, July 14, 2006, at Hebron Cemetery with Charlie Ray Barrett officiating.
She is survived by a daughter, Ann McKee of Middleton; a son, Douglas Head of Middleton; three sisters, Bernice Faulkner of Alamo, Alice Brown and Etta Mae Faulkner both of Bethel Springs; two brothers, David Cobb of Flint, MI and Jimmy Cobb of Bethel Springs; three grandchildren, Wesley McKee, Lindsey and Ronnie Head; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Neal Head (d. August 11, 1988); a sister, Annie York and a brother, Billy Wayne Cobb.
