Paulette Bratcher was born on June 24, 1946 in Wayne County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Lois Reeves Horton.
On May 29, 1968, she was united in marriage to John A. Bratcher, who preceded his wife in death on March 5, 2012.
Mrs. Bratcher worked as a seamstress for several factories before she retired. She was a member of Rogers Chapel Methodist Church in Florence, Alabama.
Paulette Bratcher departed this life on Thursday, December 12, 2024 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 78 years, 5 months, and 18 days.
She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Rogers and Charlotte Horton; sisters, Jeanette Sherrill and Deborah Hester (Jay); brother, Danny Horton (June); grandchildren, Zach Rogers, Clint Rogers, Matt Horton (Nicole), and Morgan Stricklin (Grant); and great grandchildren, Ryder Horton, Gavin Rogers, Isabella Horton, Caleb Horton, Declan Rogers, Alden Stricklin, and Josie Stricklin.
In addition to her parents and husband, Paulette was preceded in death by her son, Chris Bratcher and brother, Donnie Horton.
