Paul Gene Taylor

Mr. Taylor was born and reared in Pike County, KY, the son of the late Flarce and Minnie Pinson Taylor. He graduated from John’s Creek High School in 1957. He was married to Sherry Pinson in 1961 and they made their home in various places where Mr. Taylor was self-employed in the ceramic tile business both in sales and in installation.
They moved to Henderson in 1989 and he had been retired since that time. Gene had served as an Elder at the Finger Church of Christ and then was active in the Henderson Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife Sherry Pinson Taylor of Henderson and a daughter Katrina Cook and husband Johnny of Finger and two grandchildren John Taylor Cook and Garret Daniel Cook.
He was predeceased by a brother Jesse C. Taylor and a sister Flossie Blackburn and an infant sister Elizabeth Taylor.
