Patsy Neill

Patsy Neill departed this life on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at the age of 81 years, 9 months, and 18 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 30, 1934, the daughter of the late Benjamin Charles and Margaret Elizabeth Hurst Sutton. On March 13, 1949, she was united in marriage to Robert Joe Neill, who survives.

Patsy had worked at Savannah Fabric Shop, Aqua Glass, and she had been a cook on a towboat. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert Joe Neill of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Jimmy Neill and wife, Diane and Benny Neill and wife, Gina all of Savannah, Tennessee; daughter, Patricia Creasy of Florence, Alabama; grandchildren, Stephanie McAfee and husband, Chris, Robert Allen Neill and wife, Tosha, Leigh Ann Duncan and husband, Jason, Michael Neill and wife, Tabatha, Timmy Neill, Bridgette Meyers and husband, Lee, Bobby Neill, Christy Watson, and Wesley Neill and wife, Pennie; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Allen Neill; three sisters; and four brothers.
