Patricia Carol Thompson Staggs

In loving memory of Patricia Carol Thompson Staggs, born on November 9, 1951 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late Charles Leon and Mary Ellis Haithcoat Thompson. She was a dedicated wife to her beloved husband Willard Lee Staggs, their union blessed on November 13, 1969.

Patricia was a remarkable woman who made a lasting impact on her community. She touched the lives of many as the owner of both Pat's Place, a cherished restaurant in Collinwood, TN, and Little Tykes Daycare. Patricia poured her heart into these endeavors, creating spaces where love and laughter flourished.

On September 4, 2023, Patricia departed this life at the age of 71 years, 9 months, and 26 days in Collinwood, TN at her home. Although she is no longer physically present among us, her spirit will continue to resonate through the memories she left behind.

Patricia is survived by her devoted husband Willard Lee Staggs of Collinwood, TN; their children: Felecia Dianne Staggs Bryant (Joshua) of Killen, AL and Eric Lee Staggs of Florence, AL. She is also survived by her loving brother Charles Leon Thompson Jr. of Collinwood, TN; sisters Judy Kay Franks of Cypress Inn, TN and Susan Weichselbaum of Mountain Home, AR; as well as her beloved grandchildren: Sydney Claire Bryant, Ansley Dae Bryant, Dylan Lee Staggs, Abby Lynn Staggs, and Addison Rayne Staggs.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by brothers, Danny Thompson and Anthony Thompson.
