PATRICIA ‘PAT’ BUCHANAN SMITHJackson, TN: Patricia Ann Buchanan Smith, age 60, died February 13, 2009 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.She was born and reared in Jackson, the daughter of the late Edward Elonzo and Elma Kathryn Stansell Buchanan Ward. She was a homemaker and also cleaned houses. She had made her home in Jackson for the past several years. She was a Baptist. She was formerly married to Willie Hubert Smith. She is survived by three sons, Richard Smith, James Smith and wife Kim and Jonathon Smith all of Jackson; a daughter, Devonna Gage and husband Timothy; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Ward and Jimmy Ward both of Jackson; three sisters, Diane Moorehead of Lewisville, MS, Jamie Marshall of Jackson and Teresa Frazier of Jackson.
