Patie Hopkins

Patie Tucker Hopkins was born July 25, 1913 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of John WiIliams and Mary Elson Wood Tucker. On December 20, 1934 she was united in marriage to Mancel Hubert Hopkins who preceded her in death on July 5, 1996. Mrs Hopkins was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ.She departed this life on March 2, 2007 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the age of 93 Years, 7 Months, 5 Days.Mrs. Hopkins is survived by two daughters: Patricia Hopkins Lattin of New York, New York and Beverly Hopkins Harwell of Knoxville, Tennessee;six grandchildren: Kimberly McAuley Astrand, John McAuley, Tanya Lattin-Montano, Amy Harwell Beasley, Carlos Pesach Lattin and Jonathan Harwell;and nine great-grandchildren: Bryah Lattin-Montano, Savannah Astrand,Nathaniel Lattin-Montano, Temmi Lattin, Karl-Johan Astrand,Elanit Lattin, Avi-Zen Lattin, Zella Beasley and Alexander McAuley.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Edward McAuley and five brothers: Charles Bailey Tucker, James Tucker, Carl Thomas Tucker, Martin Lee Tucker and Millard Robin Tucker.
