Pat Wilson, 54, of Bolivar, died Saturday morning, July 23, 2005, at Pleasant View Healthcare.
Married to Rosemary B. Van Boxtel Wilson, March 21, 1975, who survives, he was born to Frank C. Wilson of Saulsbury, and the late Betty Ann Baxter Wilson on October 26, 1950. A veteran of the US Navy, he served during the Vietnam War, was a painter with Phebus Painting Company for 15 years and had lived here since 1990. Mr. Wilson like to fish, read, work jig-saw puzzles, watch science fiction movies, tell jokes and play with his grandchildren.
Services were 2 pm Sunday, July 24, 2005 at Shackelford's Bolivar chapel with Ricky Watkins and Skippy Rowland officiating. Burial was at Middleburg Cemetery with Phil, Brad, Brent, and Derek Tillmon, Buck Fisher and Wallace Lowrance serving as pall bearers.
In addition to his wife and father, survivors include his sons Brion Wilson of Middleton and Ricky Wilson of Bolivar; a sister, Rebecca Tillman of Bartlett; a brother, Mike Wilson of Missouri and three grandchildren, Jakob Wilson, Zackary Wilson, and Andrew Wilson.
