Pat Howell, 52, of Memphis, died Sunday, March 27, 2005 at her home in Memphis.
Miss Howell was a teacher at Ellendale Elementary in Bartlett for 27
years. She was born August, 26, 1952 in Bolivar, daughter of William Thomas Howell and Eva Mae Freeman Howell of Middleton, and lived there until 1970 when she made her home in Memphis. She graduated from Bolivar Central High School before earning her Master's Degree from the University of Memphis. She was a member of Brint's Chapel Baptist Church where she played piano until she entered college.
Services were 1 p.m. Thursday, March 31 at Shackelford Funeral

Burial was in Brint's Chapel Cemetery near Middleton.
In addition to her parents, survivors include one sister, Marilyn Howell and her husband, Joe of Middleton; four brothers and two sisters-inlaw, Tommy & Amy Howell, Johnny Howell and William Howell, all of Middleton and Danny & Barbara Howell of Chicago, III.; five nieces, Maria and Kayla Howell, both of Chicago, Ill., Hailey Nicole Howell of Clarksdale, and Desirae and Tabitha Howell, both of Oklahoma City, Okla.; three nephews, Chris Burns and his wife, Gina of Memphis, and Bryon Burns and Joe Howell, III, both of Middleton and one great nephew, Chris Burns, Jr. of Memphis.
