Pamela Martin Rusch

Pamela Martin Rusch, 75, of Hickory Valley, passed from this life Sunday afternoon, December 11, 2022, at Bolivar General Hospital.

Pamela was born in Somerville, the daughter of the late James Benjamin (J. B.) Martin and Willie Pauline Davis Martin and spent most all of her life in the Hickory Valley community of Hardeman County.

She was a member of Hickory Valley Baptist Church and had been employed at Dunn's, Inc. in Grand Junction and as a home health nursing aid. She retired from Hardeman County Correctional in Whiteville where she served as a corrections officer. She enjoyed shopping, being a Chichi to her grandchildren, and spending time with her pet boxer, Ellie.

She leaves three daughters, Tiffany Dyals (Ben) of Lakeville, MN, Rachael Middleton and Christy (Derreck) Ocker, both of Oakland; a sister, Joy Deming (David) of Jackson; a brother, Ronald Martin (Donna) of Nunnelly, TN; eight grandchildren, Kelsey Dyals, Brody Dyals, Macy Middleton, Thomas Williams, Addie Middleton, Nealy Middleton, Rusch and Collin Ocker; and three great-grandchildren, Henry, Dakota and Isaiah.
