Owen Herbert DeShazier was born in Waterloo, Alabama on December 22, 1922 the son of the late James and Tish Johnson DeShazier.
Mr. DeShazier worked as a general laborer and lived in Savannah, Tennessee.
He departed this life on October 15, 2005 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah at the age of 82 years, 9 months and 23 days.
Mr. DeShazier is survived by a brother, J.D. DeShazier of Savannah and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Joe, Luther and Lewis DeShazier and 4 sisters: Berthey Geans, Daisey Kelley and two others.
