Oval Elizabeth Malone

She was born in Decatur County, the daughter of the late Thomas (Tom) and Mattie McCall West. She married Ira Malone in 1940 and they made their home in Chester County. She was a homemaker and helped her husband farm. She loved outdoors, tending her flower garden well into her 90's. Mr. Malone died in 1978.

She is survived by a son Burl Malone (Myrna) of Finger; four daughters Brenda Shelby of Finger, Kay Arnold (Danny) of Finger, Martha Arnold (Mike) of Finger and Jo Ann Harville (Ray) of Henderson. six grandchildren and four great grandchildren and also two step grandsons; and a sister Woodrow Russell of Henderson.
