Olera Nance Asbridge, age 76, died Friday night, July 26, 2008 at Wesley at Dyersburg Nursing Care in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Mrs. Asbridge was born and reared in the Montezuma Community of Chester County, the daughter of the late George Clyde and Leota Wade Nance. She graduated from Chester County High School in 1949. She lived at Tiptonville for many years and did clerical work in the clinic at Lake County Correctional Facility. She moved to Dyersburg in 1995 to make her home near her daughter, Jennifer.
She is survived by two daughters; Jennifer Lowery and Jana Harris both of Dyersburg and a son Jeff Record of Henderson. She also has a brother Raymond Nance of Athens, AL and two sisters Rovene Thomas and Morene Marsh both of Henderson and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Suzanne Lowery.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday at Chester County Memory Gardens with Jeff Record, Danny Lowery and Jennifer Lowery officiating.
