Ola Mai Stanley, 75, of Bolivar, died Wednesday, July 13, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
The wife of the late Malcolm "Dock" Stanley, who died November 23, 1989, she was a homemaker and worked at Jarvis and HIS. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, and spending time with family. She lived most her life in Bolivar, was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Whiteville and most recently Beech Bluff Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 18, at Shackelford's Bolivar chapel with burial in Hebron Cemetery.
Survivors include her daughter Rosie King of Beech Bluff; three sons, David, Rocky, and Donnie Stanley, all of Bolivar; four grandchildren, Tonya Ross of Beech Bluff, Patsy and James Dacus, Jr. of Montana, and Kevin King of Medina; and six great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Dacus Hartman and eleven sisters and brothers.
