Ocie Fern Hodge

Ocie Fern Lowrance Hodge was born March 9, 1925 in Hornsby, Tennessee the daughter of the late Clarence Newton and Mamie Lee Price Lowrance.She was a Home Maker and a Member of the Lorraine Baptist Church.Ms. Hodge departed this life on August 3, 2007 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 4 Months, 25 Days.She is survived by two children, Shirley Bonds of Mississippi and Dean Edward Hodge and wife Margaret of Michie, Tennessee; a sister, Vernese (Mammie) Majors of Bolivar, Tennessee and three grandchildren, Jonathan Hodge of Tennessee, Tommy and Mark Bond both of Mississippi.In addition to her parents, Ms. Hodge was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Hodge; seven sisters, Lilly Verble Baker, Essie Lee Stanfield, Lissie Fay Lowrance, Daisy Elizabeth Goodrum, Mary Alma Kirkman, Alcie Mae Austin and Sadie Fae Lowrance; three brothers, John Shelby, James Paul and JC Lowrance.
