Obie Lee Duncan

Obie Lee Duncan of Waynesboro, TN was born November 12, 1913 in Sinking Creek, TN in Perry County to the late John and Emma Anderson Duncan. He was united in marriage to Rita Edwards and she preceded him in death. He married Eloise Nutt Gresham on March 25, 2006.

Mr. Duncan was a retired crew foreman with the Tennessee Department of Transportation and was a member of the Topsy Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

Mr. Duncan departed this life on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at his home at the age of 102 Years, 3 Months, 22 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Eloise Gresham Duncan of Waynesboro, TN; sons,
Randy Gresham, Donnie Gresham and wife, Betty and David Gresham and wife, Holli all of Waynesboro, TN and Ronnie Gresham and wife, Carol of Moorehead, MN; grandchildren, Amanda, Nathan, Mitchell, Jason, Alex and Dustin Gresham, Kristy Gresham Bowen and Ashley Gresham Johnston and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Topsy Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Pinckley and Ronnie Pope officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be David Gresham, Jason Gresham, Dustin Gresham, Carl Max Nutt, Eddie Nutt and Cliff Meredith.

Visitation will be Monday, March 7, 2016 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Waynesboro Church of Christ and Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 1 pm to 3 pm at Topsy Church of Christ.
