Novella Churchwell Harris

Novella Crotts Churchwell Harris

was born on January 7, 1923 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Harve and Rose Ella Austin Crotts.

She was united in marriage to Richard Earl Churchwell, who preceded her in death. She was then united in marriage to R.C. Harris, who survives.

Mrs. Harris was a homemaker who lived most of her life in Hardin County and attended Crump United Pentecostal Church.

She departed this life on November 5, 2005 at Hardin County Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 82 years, 9 months and 29 days.

Mrs. Harris is survived by

her husband, R.C. Harris of Crump, Tennessee;



2 sons: Lynn Churchwell and his wife, Georgia, and Rick Churchwell, all of Crump;

a step-daughter, Lanette Gonzales of Parsons, Tennessee;

6 grandchildren: April Hunt, Tina Churchwell, Anita Cotrell, Benji Chambers, Andrea Churchwell and Melissa Davidson

and 4 great-grandchildren: Lane-Adam Hunt, Hunter Chambers, Trevor Chambers and Kelsey Chambers.

In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly June Chambers and 8 brothers and sisters.
