was born in Wayne County, Tennessee on January 29, 1930 the daughter of the late Will Sims and Nell Brewer Barnett.
Ms. House had worked at Pickwick Inn as a waitress and also at Savannah Manufacturing. She was a member of Eureka Methodist Church.
She departed this life at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah at the age of 76 years, 4 months and 9 days.
Ms. House is survived by 2 daughters: Vicki Carroll and her husband, Dennis, of Savannah, Tennessee and Celia White and her husband, Jerry, of the Walnut Grove Community in Savannah, Tennessee; one son, Mark House of Savannah, Tennessee;
3 grandchildren: Jeremy Winborn, Keenan White and Brianna House; and one brother, Sims Barnett of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Verdie Beckham and Ida Mae Morgan and 2 brothers: Harold and Melvin Barnett.
