Noble Gale Thrasher

Noble Gale Thrasher, age 92, of Collinwood, TN, died at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN, on Thursday, October 26, 2006, after a sudden illness.



A native of Shelby County, MO, Mr. Thrasher was retired from Ford Motor Company and was a member of Collinwood United Methodist Church. He was a son of the late Ernest Mason and Hattie Glenn Wilson Thrasher, the husband of the late Hazel Cinda Ingle Thrasher, and a brother of the late Erma Lee Snell.



Survivors, son, Billie Lee Thrasher and wife, Beverly C. Smith Thrasher, of Collinwood, TN, three grandchildren, Bonnie, Becky, Brian (Jennifer) Thrasher, three great-grandchildren, Blaine, Lindsey, Torry Thrasher.



Services will be Sunday, October 29, 2006, at 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood, TN with Chris Moore and Murray Parker officiating and graveside services will be Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at 11:00 am at Zion Cemetery, Bethel, MO with Jerry Kazer officiating with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be Saturday, October 28, 2006, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Sunday, October 29, 2006 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home in Collinwood, TN and Tuesday, October 31, 2006 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Christian Church in Bethel, MO.
