Nicky Dale Lewis was born October 25, 1952 in Finger, Tennessee the son of Elsie Ruth White Lewis and the late Jim Dickey Lewis.
He was united in marriage to Gail Melton on August 28, 1999.
Mr. Lewis was a truck driver for Elam Trucking . He was a member of the Estes Church of Christ in Henderson, Tennessee. He enjoyed being around people, loved his truck, and his dogs, Gerdie and Gracie. He was known for his little sayings such as: "might not always be right, but I'm never wrong."
Mr. Lewis departed this life on December 18, 2007 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 55 Years, 1 Month, 23 Days.He is survived by his wife Gail Lewis of Adamsville, TN; mother, Elsie Ruth White Lewis of Water Valley, MS; a daughter, Amanda Rae Farrah of Nehawka, NE; a son, Christopher Dale Lewis of Water Valley, MS; a granddaughter, Brinn Reece Ahrens of Nehawka, NE; two sisters, Deb Peacock of Water Valley, MS, Pat Cosby of Water Valley, MS; two brothers, William Lewis of Pensacola, FL, Robert Lewis of Adamsville, TN.
