was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on September 17, 1935 the son of the late William Henry and Lydia Pirl Morton Stewart.
Mr. Stewart had lived in McNairy County for approximately 34 years and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He departed this life on March 24, 2006 at the McNairy Regional Hospital in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 70 years, 6 months and 7 days.
Mr. Stewart is survived by
one sister, Josey May Victory of Savannah, Tennessee and
4 brothers: William Clinton Stewart of Brandon, Florida
Robert D. Stewart of Stantonville, Tennessee
Arnold Stewart of Morris Chapel, Tennessee
and Glenn J. Stewart of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Fulton Whitlow Stewart and 2 sisters: Mevolyn Francouer and Edna Marie Henson.
