Mrs. Rhea died Friday at Baptist Hospital Collierville. She was born in Kentucky, daughter of the late Dave and Clida Starr Miller and lived in Moscow prior to moving to Grand Junction in 1970. The widow of Willie Rhea, who died in 1986, she was a retired psychiatric technician with WMHI. She loved to crochet and work in the yard with her flowers. She enjoyed reading and birdwatching and listening to gospel music. Mrs. Rhea was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Moscow. Survivors include five daughters, Ann Mascari of Collierville, Jeri Turner of Grand Junction, Dotti Frederiksen of Olive Branch, Miss., Ronni Kimery and Jewell Tucker of Grand Junction; a son, Eddie Rhea of Grand Junction; a brother, J. D. Miller of Moscow; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Buddy Rhea and two sisters, Helen Howell and Irene Canady.
