Mrs. Butler was a homemaker and attended the Adamsville First Baptist Church.
She departed this life on February 2, 2006 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 78 years, 7 months and 13 days.
Mrs. Butler is survived by a daughter, Janice Cooksey and her husband, James Ronald Cooksey, of Jackson, Tennessee.
