Mrs. Natalie Wilbanks, age 88 of Pocahontas, passed from this life Friday morning, July 10, 2009 at Cornerstone Health and Rehab in Corinth, MS.The widow of Percy Wilbanks, she was born October 27, 1920 to the late William David and Clara Pickens Stevens in Tippah County, MS. A native of Hardeman County, she lived in Mississippi until 1950 and in Memphis from 1950 to 1954 before returning to Pocahontas in 1954. She was a member of the Ashland Apostolic Church of Jesus and a past member of the Jesus Name Community Church. She is survived by a son, Roger Dell Wilbanks of Pocahontas; a sister, Eleanor Jones of Collierville; ten grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchldren. In addition to her husband, who passed away December 18, 1994, she was preceded in death by two sons, Hershell Dean Wilbanks and David Gene Wilbanks.
