Naomi Lois Sanford
Was born in Saltillo, Tennessee on March 28, 1933 the daughter of the late William Dee and Beatrice Bingham Sanford.
In 1988, Miss Sanford retired from her job as a service person for Aqua Glass. She had worked at Aqua Glass for ten years and had also worked at H.I.S. Manufacturing. Miss Sanford was a member of the First Baptist Church in Adamsville and was a member of the Winsome Sunday School Class. She also attended the local Senior Citizen Center.
She departed this life on April 18, 2006 at Tri-County Convalescent Home in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 73 years and 21 days.
Miss Sanford is survived by 3 sisters: Neva Clayton of Crump, Tennessee,
Eunice Blankenship of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Ona Brooks of Medina, Tennessee;
and one brother, James Dee Sanford of Saltillo, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Josephine Sanford, Maxine Surratt and Edna O’Neal; and 2 brothers: Edward Sanford and Gordan Sanford.
