Nannie Bell Griffin

She was born and reared in Chester County, the daughter of the late John William and Lonnie Bell Pounds Meadows. She was married to Earl Griffin in 1945. They made their home in Chester County. She was employed at Salant & Salant Mfg. for 26 years and later worked at Kap III, and retired in 1985.

She is survived by a daughter, Pat Griffin of Ashville, NC; 2 grandchildren; a sister, Mae Edna Patterson of Henderson.

She was preceded in death by a son William Earl Griffin (1961) and her husband Earnest Earl Griffin (1999).
