Myrtle Landreth

Myrtle Allison Landreth of Adamsville, Tennessee, was born on Tuesday, January 10, 1928, in McNairy County, the daughter of the late Millard Filmore and Mamie Crumby Allison. She married Herman Cecil Landreth who preceded her in death on February 10, 1988. She was a member of Hickory Flatt Full Gospel Church, a homemaker, seamstress, and devoted christian, wife, and mother.Mrs. Landreth departed this life on Thursday, September 21, 2006, in Selmer at the age of 78 years, 8 months, and 11 days.Survivors are her daughters Dortha Finley and husband Ray of Adamsville and Brenda Matlock and husband J. D. of Selmer; a sister Doshie Smith of Bethel Springs, Tennessee; brothers Allie Allison of Selmer and James C. Allison of Adamsville.6 Grandchildren and 7 Great-GrandchildrenA host of other relatives and friends.Other than her parents and husband, Mrs. Landreth was also preceded in death by two brothers William and Wiley Allison.
