Monnie Hall

Monnie McClain Hall was born July 29, 1926 in Wayne County, TN the daughter of the late Hugh and Lester Morton McClain. Mrs. Hall died Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 86 Years, 10 Months. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe B. Hall; brothers, Alton and Vernon McClain; a sister, Lottie Frazier. Mrs. Hall had worked at Henry I. Seigel Manufacturing in Hohenwald, a nursing aide at Nelson Nursing Home and Wayne County Hospital. She was retired from Lincoln Brass and a member of Wayne Furnace Church of Christ.She is survived by a sister, Clara Mathis and a brother, Arnold McClain both of Waynesboro, TN; a step-son, Dr. Joe Hall of Waynesboro, TN; a step-daughter, Cynthia Colley of Columbia, TN; four step-grandchildren, Patrick Hall, Valerie Hall, Chris Colley, and Barbara Colley; several step-great grandchildren



Services will be Friday, May 31, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Pinckley and Cary Crews officiating. Burial following in Waynesboro Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
