Preacher Wilson was born December 11, 1920 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late William Jefferson and Roxie Jane James Wilson.He was united in marriage to Cindy Bell Hughes who preceded him in death.Mr. Wilson was a retired farmer, barber, and city employee. He was a member of the Finger Church of Christ.He departed this life on November 5, 2007 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 86 Years, 10 Months, 25 Days. Mr. Wilson is survived by three sisters, Amy Tidwell of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, Eva Smith of Henderson, Tennessee, and Flora Wilson of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and four brothers, James Wilson of Ramer, Tennessee, Chess Wilson of Nashville, Tennessee, W. E. Wilson of Adamsville, Tennessee, and W. J. Wilson of Jackson, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Allstat, Delsie Allstat; and two brothers, Earl Wilson and Leon Wilson.
