Mildred Emma Louise Vandiver

Mildred Emma Louise Frazier Vandiverwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on July 16, 1926 the daughter of the late Hugh Buster and Amanda Joshephine Perry Frazier.On May 20, 1950 she was united in marriage to Alva Vandiver, who preceded her in death on July 26, 1998.Ms. Vandiver worked at Kay Windsor as a sewing machine operator before retiring. Ms. Vandiver departed this life on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at the age of 82 years, 2 months, 19 days.Ms. Vandiver is survived by a son: Keith Vandiver of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 daughters: Rhonda Blevins of Adamsville, Tennessee, Lynn Worley and Veronica Baker both of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 brothers: Melvin Frazier of Cypress Inn, Tennessee, Edward Frazier and Anthony Frazier both of Savannah, Tennessee; 4 sisters; Mary Helen Franks of Olive Hill, Tennessee, Willie Ellen Kilburn of Adamsville, Tennessee, Christene Victory of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and Laura Gean Hinton of Waynesboro, Tennessee; 9 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, Ms. Vandiver was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Granville Frazier and C.R. Frazier; 1 grandchild: Madison Baker; grandparents: Lou Perry, Riley Perry, and Sylvester Frazier.
