Mildred Snider

Mildred Sniderwas born in McNairy County, Tennessee on August 31, 1928 the daughter of the late Harrison K. and Myrtle Jane Davis Eliff.On June 21, 1945 she was united in marriage to J.T. Snider, who preceded her in death on June 27, 1996.Mrs. Snider had worked for Garan Manufacturing and Brown Shoe Company before retiring. She was a member of Old Union Church and loved singing in the church. She was a lifetime quilt maker.Mrs. Snider departed this life on October 24, 2010 at the age of 82 years, 1 month, 24 days.She is survived by a son, Timothy R. Snider of Adamsville, Tennessee; a grandson, Brant Arnold; 3 great grandchildren, Emily, Jessie, and Landon; a sister, Ruth Williams of Selmer, Tennessee.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Elbert, Jessie, and Lenord Eliff; 2 sisters, Era Robertson and Geraldine Barringer.
