Mildred Clausel Dickson
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on January 26, 1920 the daughter of the late James Daniel and Lou Nettie Steward Clausel.
On January 9, 1943 she was united in marriage to Mahlon Moore Dickson, who preceded her in death on June 15, 1984. Mrs. Dickson worked at Brown Shoe Company and as a clerk at the Ben Franklin Store. She was a member of the Savannah Church of Christ.
She departed this life on December 30, 2006 at the Hardin County Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 86 years, 11 months and 4 days.
Mrs. Dickson is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Easley of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren: Jamie Easley, Cheryl Easley and Holly Russell; 2 great-grandchildren: Nick Easley and Brennan Easley; one brother, James L. Clausel of Savannah, Tennessee and three sisters: Nettie Hughes of Savannah, Tennessee, Betty Blount of Savannah, Tennessee and Juanita Wolfe of Erin, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter and two sisters: Magdaline Hardin and Estelle Gillespie Tucker.
