MICHAEL ROBBINS Henderson, TN: Michael Steven Robbins, Sr. age 45, passed away April 1, 2010 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.He was born and reared in Chicago, IL the son of Bessie Ruth Hale Robbins and the late Charles Lavern Robbins, Sr. He attended school in Chicago and graduated 1982. He worked at a auto parts store in Chicago and moved to TN in 1994 and worked for Motor Parts and Bearing in Jackson as manager and later at Color Match in Jackson for a few years. Then he opened his own auto parts store, Reliable Glass and Paint in Jackson. He had worked for Prime Trucking for the past 2 years. He loved putting models together and remote control models and loved to restore old cars. He is survived by a son, Michael Steven Robbins, Jr. and a daughter, Sarah Robbins both of Henderson; his mother, Bessie Ruth Hale Robbins; three sisters, Dorothy M. Owens of IL, Donely F. Butts of Henderson and Deborah A. Wise of PA and three brothers, Charles L. Robbins, Jr. of CA, Quinton N. Robbins of Henderson and George K. Robbins of IL.He is also survived by his partner, Dawn Bowen and her children, R. J. Bowen, Garrett Bowen and Corine Jackson all of Henderson.
