Michael Shane Pickens

Michael Shane Pickens departed this life on Monday, June 17, 2019, at the age of 46 years and 10 months. He was born in Selmer, Tennessee on August 17, 1972, the son of Wanda York Humphrey and the late Winston Pickens.

Michael Shane loved horses, fishing, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Ashton Pickens and Chris Pickens, both of Adamsville, Tennessee; brothers, Duane Pickens of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, Michael Humphrey of Kossuth, Mississippi, Anthony Humphrey of Memphis, Tennessee, and Bucky Brewer of Adamsville, Tennessee; sisters, Crystal Hamm of Adamsville, Tennessee, Nicole Pickens of Savannah, Tennessee, and Katie Pickens of Adamsville, Tennessee; and stepmother, Teresa Pickens of Adamsville, Tennessee.

Along with his father, Michael Shane was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Pickens, Rachel Pickens, and Bobbie York.
