Michael Scott (Mike) Meredith, Waynesboro, TN was born March 30, 1971 in Dover, OH, the son of the late John and Marlene Meek Meredith. He departed this life April 30, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center, Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 49 Years, 1 Month. Mr. Meredith was a truck driver for many years and was a member of The Well church. Survivors, his wife, Tina Brewer Meredith; a son, Zach Skelton, fiance, Brandy; a daughter, Britin Skelton, fiance, Michael Dingus all of Waynesboro, TN; brother, Jason Meredith, Treasure Island, FL; sister, Kim Staggs, husband, Michael, Waynesboro, TN; ten grandchildren, Justice Kimbrell, Hunter Kimbrell, Addison Kimbrell, Falyn Skelton, Camara Skelton, Eli Brewer, Kingston Dingus, Memphis Dingus, Letti Dingus, Baby Dingus; niece, Samantha Staggs and great-niece, Zarie Stewart. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 3 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, TN with Alinda Bohanon officiating. Burial will followo in Highland Cemetery, Ovilla Community, Lawrenceburg, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing. Pallbearers will be Tim Ary, Josh Howell, Zack Skelton, Hunter Kimbrell, Austin Whitson and Michael Dingus with honorary pallbearers being Kingston and Memphis Dingus. Visitation will be Sunday, May 17, 2020 from 6 to 8 pm and Monday, May 18, 2020 from 10 am to service time at the funeral home.
