Mr. Foster passed away Monday, December 17, 2012 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
The husband of Darlene Foster of Pocahontas, he worked formerly at Wang Laboratories in Memphis as a computer technician. He was born August 21, 1952 in Memphis, the son of Thomas Franklin and Sadie Ellen Morphis Foster of Pocahontas, and lived in Memphis until 11 years ago when he moved to Pocahontas. He was a US Army veteran, serving from 1971-1974 during the VietNam War. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
In addition to his wife, whom he married on August 20, 1988, and his parents, survivors include a son, Ryan Foster of Rochester Hills, Michigan; and two brothers, Jeffrey T. Foster of Memphis and Mark Foster of Guys.
