Michael DuWayne Barnes

He was born and reared in Chester County, the son of Mary Louise Newsom Barnes and the late Harold DuWayne Barnes. He graduated Chester County High School in 1965. He had been a deputy in McNairy County and a policeman in Collierville and then an owner/operator truck driver for the past twenty years. He was married to Marsha Barrett of California in 1998. They made their home in the Sol Colston Road Community.



He is survive by his wife Marsha Barrett Barnes of Finger; one daughter Michelle Leigh Autry of Savannah, GA; a son Thomas R. Barnes of Mounds, IL; three grandchildren; his mother Mary Louise Newsom Barnes of Finger.
