Services will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Collinwood Church of God in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Chad Balentine and Richard Bane officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 29, 3:00-9:00 pm and on Saturday, Oct. 30, 8:00 am until service time @ Collinwood Church of God, Collinwood, TN



Melisa departed this life on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama at the age of 33 Years, 5 Months, 1 Day. She

was born May 27, 1977 in Winter Garden, Florida the daughter of Willard Dale and Debbie Ann Goodwin Brewer of Westpoint, TN



She was united in marriage to Chuck Pulley on December 22, 1994.



Melisa was a claims representation for Farm Bureau. She was a member of the Collinwood Church of God in Collinwood, Tennessee.



She is survived by other that her parents her husband Chuck Pulley ;



daughters, Taylor Brewer; Baylee Pulley and Courtney Pulley all of Collinwood, TN;



Grandparents, Glen Goodwin and Florence Goodwin of Altha, FL;

3 aunts; 1 uncle and several cousins
