Melba Maye Hearn Hanna, 81, of Hornsby, died Monday, January
3,2005 at NHC Healthcare in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The widow of Roy Raymond Hanna, who died in 1981, she was a
homemaker. Mrs. Hanna was born January 12, 1923 in Chester
County, daughter of the late Steve Earnest Hearn and Sallie Ann
DeBerry Hearn and was a member of Hornsby Methodist Church.
Services were 11 am Saturday, January 8 at Shackelford's Bolivar
chapel with Jerry Wilson officiating. Burial was in Wyatt Cemetery near Hornsby.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Dianne
Hanna of Murfreesboro; two sisters, Betty White of Jackson and
Hughline Dickey of Dyer; three grandchildren, Sallie Hanna Allen
and her husband, Brad and Loura Hanna Williams and her
husband, Kyle, all of Murfreesboro, Raymond Hanna of Chattanooga and one great grandchild, Hanna Allen.
