MEL CARNAL
Was born in Carroll County, Tennessee on March 20, 1933 the son of the late Raymond and Corine Roark Carnal.
Mr. Carnal was owner and operator of WKWX radio station. He was a member of the Savannah Church of Christ, former member of the EMS State Board 198 4 and former member of Jaycees. Mr. Carnal participated in Country Christmas and Hee Haw Shows. He also sponsored T-ball and Baseball Teams.
Mr. Carnal departed this life on August 6, 2006 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 4 months and 17 days.
He is survived by one daughter, Regina Johnson and her husband Jerry of Counce, Tennessee.
One son, Steven Ray Carnal and his wife Stacy of Savannah, Tennessee.
4 grandchildren, Amanda Johnson, Brett Carnal, Alex Carnal and Claire Carnal.
