Maxine Dickson

Maxine Bivens Dicksonwas born on July 28, 1937 the daughter of the late Ruie Doarn and Ruby Jewell Bivens.Ms. Dickson was a retired seamstress for H.I.S. of Saltillo. She was a member of the Hinkle Baptist Church. During her life she had lived in Sardis for 20 years and Milledgeville for 30 years. She enjoyed fishing, college basketball, and watching her grandson, Matthew play baseball.Ms. Dickson departed this life on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at the age of 70 years, 8 months, 12 days.Ms. Dickson is survived by her daughter, Vickie Weber and her husband Louis of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 brothers: Gerald Bivens of Sardis, Tennessee and Thomas Bivens of Guys, Tennessee; 4 sisters: Faye Doster, Sherry Holland both of Sardis, Tennessee, Mary Jo Hughes of Milledgeville, Tennessee, Nancy Martin of Savannah, Tennessee; 1 grandson: Matthew Weber.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Ann Bivens; 2 brothers: Jimmy Randolph Bivens and Bobby Gene Bivens.
