Maxine Bowling

Maxine Bowlingwas born in Cerro Gordo, Tennessee on September 10, 1923 the daughter of the late Will and Stella Meadows Stanfield.Mrs. Bowling had worked as a seamstress at Angelica before retiring. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. Mrs. Bowling departed this life on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at the age of 85 years, 1 month, 25 days.Mrs. Bowling is survived by 3 sons: Warren Bowling and his wife Georgenia of Junction City, Kansas, Rick Bowling of Atlanta, Georgia, Eric Bowling and his wife Tracey of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister: Mary Katherine Rich of Savannah, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren: David, Sarah, Ryan, Haley, Morgan, and Jill; 5 great-grandchildren: Chloe, Trey, Hannah, Emma, and KaydenIn addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Bowling on May, 2, 1985; a son: Terry Woodrow Bowling; a grandchild: Shyla Bowling.
