Maxine Appleby

Maxine Applebywas born in Pearsall, Texas on September 5, 1929 the daughter of the late Winton and Elsie Applewhite Nail.Mrs. Appleby was a retired school teacher for Plesanton Elementary School and an accountant. During her life she had lived in Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee. She was an artistic person, enjoying wood carving. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was of baptist belief.Mrs. Appleby departed this life on January 27, 2008 at the age of 78 years, 4 months, 22 days. She is survived by 3 daughters: Deborah Cleary of Savannah, Tennessee, Shari Ellis of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Francis Carroll of Knoxville, Tennessee; 1 son: Franklin Harrell of Vincenes, Indiana; 13 grandchildren:Jaime Ellis, Shannon Ellis, Aimee Crites, Lindsey Hopper, Brandon Skiff, Myra Cleary, Ethan Appleby, Mason Appleby, Weston Appleby, David Carroll, Joseph Carroll, Aaron Harrell, Nathan Harrell; 17 great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandchild: Sean Skiff.
