Silerton, TN: Francess Maurice Hopper Lambert, age 84 passed away December 3, 2012 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born and reared in Chester County, near the Silerton Community, the daughter of the late Oscar Joseph and Ida Naomi Burkhead Hopper. She attended Hardeman County Schools at Silerton and Bolivar. She married Cleo J. Lambert in 1946. They made their home at Silerton all their married life. Mr. Lambert died in 2004. She was a member of the Silerton Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son, Larry Lambert and wife Anita of Henderson; two daughters, Winna Darlene Cupples and husband David of Deanburg and Joy Jeter and husband Hubert of Bolivar; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo J. Lambert in 2004; a daughter, Lema Michelle Lambert in 1986 and a sister, Pattye Ruth Sisco.
